Nature of the work

Mind Clearing (Clarification du Mental) and dyads are personal development, not medical or psychological treatment. They are not psychotherapy and do not replace medical advice or care. If you have a health problem, consult a health professional.

Registration

Everything starts with a 30-minute discovery call on Zoom, booked and paid in advance. During this call, Geneviève may invite the person to join the next group of the programme. Registration for the programme becomes final after written confirmation and receipt of payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in euros. Geneviève Contesse is not registered for VAT, so prices are shown without VAT.

• The discovery call costs €100; this amount is credited against any later purchase for one year.
• The three-month programme costs €3,000, payable in full or in three instalments of €1,050. For now it is paid by bank transfer; the bank details are sent after the discovery call. Card payment will be available soon.

Cancellation and refunds

• Programme: a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of signing up and the programme has not started yet.
• After those 14 days: no refund.
• Discovery call: it can be rescheduled free of charge at any time.

Participants commit to respecting the confidentiality of what is shared, to respecting everyone, and to taking responsibility for their own process.
